Pass Haz Fast ("we", "us") provides Hazmat endorsement training. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use our services. This page is maintained by Pass Haz Fast to answer common privacy questions about the platform.
1. Information we collect
Account information (name, email, phone), driver information you provide (CDL number, state, date of birth), course activity (progress, quiz scores, exam attempts), and payment confirmations returned by our payment processor. We do not store full payment card details.
2. How we use information
To deliver the course, generate certificates, provide support, comply with legal obligations, and improve the service. We do not sell personal information.
3. Data retention
Training records are retained in a compliant, exportable structure for as long as required by applicable regulations and for reasonable audit purposes.
4. Security
Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Access is limited to authorized personnel through role-based permissions and secure authentication.
5. Your rights
You may request access, correction, export, or deletion of your personal information by contacting support@passhazfast.com, subject to our record-keeping obligations.
