Passhazfast LLC, trading as "Pass Haz Fast" ("we", "us"), of 1248 CarMia Way, Suite 1146, North Chesterfield, VA 23235, United States, provides Hazmat endorsement training. We are the data controller for the personal information described in this notice, which explains how we collect, use, share and protect information when you use our services.

1. Information we collect and why

Account information (name, email, phone) — to create and secure your account and provide the service. Driver information you provide (CDL number, state, date of birth) — to issue certificates and maintain compliant training records. Course activity (progress, quiz scores, exam attempts) — to deliver the training and support you. Support messages — to answer your enquiries. Usage, device identifiers and IP address — for security, fraud prevention and product improvement. Payment confirmations returned by our Merchant of Record — to grant access to purchased courses. We do not store full payment card details and we do not sell personal information.

2. Legal basis

We process account, driver and course data to perform our contract with you; usage, security and fraud-prevention data under our legitimate interests; regulatory training records to comply with legal obligations; and marketing email only with your consent.

3. Who we share information with

Service providers and subprocessors (cloud hosting, email delivery, analytics and support tooling); Stripe, our payment processor, which handles payments, billing, refunds, tax compliance and invoicing; professional advisers (legal, accounting); and regulators or authorities where required by law or for FMCSA training-provider reporting.

4. Data retention

Training records are retained in a compliant, exportable structure for as long as required by applicable regulations and for reasonable audit purposes. Other personal data is deleted or anonymised when it is no longer needed for the purposes above.

5. Security

Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Access is limited to authorized personnel through role-based permissions and secure authentication.

6. Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and secure the site, and limited analytics cookies to understand usage. You can manage or block cookies in your browser settings; blocking essential cookies may prevent you from signing in.

7. Your rights

You may request access, correction, export, deletion or restriction of your personal information, object to certain processing, or withdraw consent, by contacting support@passhazfast.com, subject to our record-keeping obligations. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection or consumer authority.
