Refund Policy

This refund policy applies to purchases of training from Passhazfast LLC ("Pass Haz Fast"), 1248 CarMia Way, Suite 1146, North Chesterfield, VA 23235, United States.

2. 30-day money-back guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

3. How to request a refund

Refunds are processed through Stripe, our payment processor, back to your original payment method. To request a refund, email support@passhazfast.com and we will help you submit the request.

4. Refund processing

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, funds typically appear within 5–10 business days.

5. Certificates

If a certificate of completion has already been issued and the training record submitted to a regulator or employer, we may be unable to withdraw that record, but your refund request will still be handled under this policy.
