Terms of Service

1. Acceptance
By creating an account or purchasing a course, you agree to these Terms of Service.
2. Course access
Access is granted to the purchasing individual for the plan duration. Account sharing is prohibited.
3. Payments and refunds
Payments are processed by Stripe. A full refund is available within 7 days of purchase provided the final exam has not been started.
4. Certificate
Certificates are issued upon successful completion of the final exam. Pass Haz Fast does not guarantee state DMV acceptance and is not responsible for state licensing decisions.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to attempt to copy, distribute, or resell course materials, or to circumvent quiz or exam integrity measures.
6. Limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is". Pass Haz Fast's total liability is limited to the amount paid for the applicable plan.
