Terms of Service

1. Who you are contracting with
These Terms are between you and Passhazfast LLC, trading as "Pass Haz Fast", a limited liability company registered in Virginia, United States, with its address at 1248 CarMia Way, Suite 1146, North Chesterfield, VA 23235 ("we", "us"). By creating an account, purchasing a course, or continuing to use the service, you agree to these Terms of Service. You confirm you are of legal age and, if purchasing on behalf of an organization, that you have authority to bind it.
2. Course access and licence
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access the course you purchased for the applicable access period. Account sharing is prohibited. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for activity under your account, and for providing accurate information.
3. Payments, billing and refunds
Payments are processed securely by Stripe, our payment processor, which also handles tax calculation, collection and remittance, billing support and refund processing on our behalf. Card details are never stored on our servers. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee — see our Refund Policy.
4. Certificate
Certificates are issued upon successful completion of the final exam. Pass Haz Fast does not guarantee state DMV acceptance and is not responsible for state licensing decisions.
5. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the service. In particular you must not use it unlawfully, engage in fraud or spam, infringe intellectual property, copy, distribute or resell course materials, reverse engineer the platform, interfere with its security (including malware, probing or scraping), or circumvent quiz or exam integrity measures.
6. Intellectual property
We retain all ownership of the service and its intellectual property, including software, course content, documentation and branding.
7. Service level and warranties
The service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance and, to the fullest extent permitted by law, disclaim all implied warranties including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
8. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. On termination your access ends; training records are retained as described in our Privacy Policy.
9. Limitation of liability
Our total aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid for the applicable plan in the 12 months preceding the claim. We exclude liability for indirect, consequential or special damages, including loss of profits, data or goodwill. Nothing limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury where such limitation is not permitted by law.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States, and the courts located there have exclusive jurisdiction.
